I enjoyed reading this book, it was funny and real, Ellie is hilarious and down to earth, always putting herself in crazy situations. I recommend this book, I laughed hysterically and to be honest, I had a smile through the whole book reading.

Very funny and honest novel about a young girl's experience and anxiety related to her first sexual experience. A late one compared to her peers. I was reading the book at one sitting and laughing out loud.
Ellie is a 21 year old virgin. Alas, even in the 21 century, this fact is hard put to carry an entire novel. This is not a bad book, but it isn't an exceptional book either. With the trend for the sexual tell all at new heights, even the troubles of the outsider have been examined at length. Sanghani has some genuinely bits to add to the literature, but she never escapes being another part of a crowded genre. Still there is room in the world for pleasurable, lazy reading and this book fits the bill well. I have never been one to shun the guilty pleasure. While this book is too earnest to embrace the camp element that I love in a guilty pleasure, it is still a light and pleasant look at one of the "disasters" that can befall the perfectly everyday young adult.
I wasn't sure what to expect from this book and ended up pleasantly surprised. Great writing and storytelling! I would highly recommend this book as a great entertaining read! Ellie is an incredibly likable character and funny to boot. You can't help but laugh at her trials and tribulations of (spoiler alert) being a virgin! I will definitely read another book by this author!
